What is available in Frostly today?

The hosted cake visualizer and partner signup are available now. Your bakery website can display a custom cake preview while keeping its existing cart and checkout.

What is included in the complete bakery platform vision?

Bakery ecommerce storefronts, back office workflows, order management, delivery and pickup capacity planning, and tablet order updates are in development. They are not included in the current visualizer plans.

Can Frostly help customers order custom cakes in my storefront?

The visualizer lets your integration show customers their selected cake design inside your storefront. Your website supplies the supported options and handles the order and payment.

These plans cover the hosted cake visualizer only. The complete bakery ecommerce platform is in development; platform pricing and availability will be announced separately.

Every new account is free: the Frostly wordmark stays on the cake, and each store location gets 1,000 embed requests per month. Pay $100 per store location per month to drop the watermark.

For your integration team

Embed the hosted cake with one iframe

The iframe is public. The license key is not. Your server encrypts cake JSON at request time (hostOrigin + iat) and sets the iframe src. Cake previews and downloads include the Frostly watermark on free accounts.

  • view=cake hides Frostly’s control panel (cake only).
  • ?eid= is public. The license key stays on your server. Encrypt cake JSON there and put only #c= in the iframe URL.
  • Production hosts must match the allowed origin from signup. localhost is allowed with the same license.
  • Demo/plaintext on Frostly’s own site only: #p=.
  • After load, send setProps over postMessage with source: "frostly-2d".

Use postMessage after the iframe fires ready, and set targetOrigin to the Frostly host.
